the WORST cookie maker in the world

It's ME...It's Me! How is it possible to ruin slice & bake?? The directions say bake 10-14 min. At 10 min they're too gooey, at 11 min they're burned! Maybe it's time to replace our beautiful 1980 oven...the one all of our parents had...with the twist timer that makes a horrible buzzing sound. Hopefully next week my friend in AL can show me the trick to making the perfect chocolate chip cookie!

First-born really are the smartest!

At least according to this study. Now don't get all defensive...I just noticed that only a few of y'all in my circle are first-born. Michael got very argumentative, b/c he insists he's the smartest of his brothers, even though he's the youngest. And according to this study, youngest are the LEAST intelligent! HaHa!

This year The Office has become one of our favorite shows. So when Mike told me he had been promoted to Regional Manager, I immediately thought of Michael Scott & cracked up laughing. As most of you know, Mike works from the house. Therefore, I have become a secretary, of sorts. When I asked my dear hubby if I could be Assistant Regional Manager, he said no. But he agreed to let me have the title of Assistant TO the Regional Manager!
