A new post! It hasn't been that long, has it???
I always dread taking the kids to get their pics taken. It's so stressful & I'm usually disappointed with the proofs. But this time, I made an appointment at a cheap studio. I felt like the pressure was off since I knew I wouldn't be spending hundreds of dollars. I was pleasantly surprised with the photos. (FYI - we have a crummy scanner. And grandparents, you'll be getting your copies soon!)
In other news.....the kids have been enjoying school. The novelty hasn't worn off yet, thankfully. Max actually bought his lunch one day. They were supposed to have burgers, but they ended up serving nuggets. (phew!) While the kids are away, I've been working like a champ getting the house in order. Having them in school is everything I thought it would be! HUGE SMILEY FACE ;)

very cute pics of your precious kiddos. yes, i'm jealous you have both kids gone during the day. i have a few more years before that will happen. (sigh)
finally..iv'e been waiting to hear from you...and bonus-new pics!...so sweet...where did you take the kids?...glad to hear you are enjoying your kid free days...i too think that will be nice, but then again how boring is a clean, quiet house...guess it is a good think i think taht way cause i too have several years before that day come (Lord willing)...i almost cried when i put on my brown boots last year and there was a little yellow ducky inside...at first i was a bit peeved then i thought "in a few short years there will be no more little yellow duckies in my house"...
Beautiful Pictures. I am all about the cheap picture places. Our JC penny's does a good job.
